March moto in Latvia and Estonia is „Praise Excellent Service!”. For the seventh time housands of praises will be assembled to the different companies in Latvia and Lithuania.

The „Praise service!“ campaign summons clients to offer customer service representatives positive feedback and encourages organisations to develop and pay more attention to the customer service representatives. This is a great internal motivational tool and a special way to communicate to you customers that you really care about them.
